The dates are set. We’re doing it again — a full evening of traditional Gujarati Garba and dandiya at the heart of Navaratri 2026. This year we’re at Messe Dresden, with more space for the circle to grow.

What to expect
A familiar shape: aarti to open, an easy step garba for anyone who’s never danced before, dinner in the middle, then dandiya until the beats give up. Music by DJ Narasimha. Gujarati food. People you haven’t seen since last Navaratri.
Good to know
- Barefoot on the floor. No shoes inside the Garba rounds — please bring socks or plan to dance barefoot, as is tradition.
- Wear a chaniya choli, kurta, or anything you can twirl in — and don’t worry if you don’t have traditional attire.
- Come hungry.
